"I was just performing my normal weekly posting of my listing domain web sites on "craigslist" and just for kicks I decided to check out my competition. This morning there were 9 new postings on craigslist, 2 by owner and the rest by broker. Of the 7 broker postings, 5 had a ONE picture and line verbiage description of the home, with a link to a general company website that at first glance was too much information and not what a buyer wants to see, which is immediate information about the home advertised. One posting was a bit better; it was a "postlets" posting, but still no link to more info. A buyer would have to call the Realtor for that.
