Q: What is a Listing Domain^®?
A: A Listing Domain^® is an entire web site devoted to one property. It can contain photos, features, remarks, reports, links to virtual tours, community information and other web sites. It has a unique domain name that is derived from the property address. Example: www.555MainStreet.com.

Q: How do I create a Listing web site?
A: First you have to create a free user account where you choose a username and password and enter your contact information. Once you have established an account with ListingDomains.com, click on Order a new Property Website from the main menu or the navigation menu. This will walk you through the simple process of creating a complete website for your listing.

Q: How long does it take to create a website?
A: Creating the site take only a few minutes. You can add the property details and upload photos at your convenience 24/7. Depending on how much information you are adding and your internet connection speed, adding your property details can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

Q: How long until my Listing Domain is online?
A: It usually takes only a few minutes for your website to propagate across the world wide web and be available to anyone on either coast. From time to time and for many unforeseen reasons, your website could take longer to become active.

Q: How much to renew my website?
A: The cost to renew your website for another year is $39.00.

Q: How can I check how many visitors my website received?
A: You can check to see how many visitor sessions your website has had by logging on to your account and clicking "Edit and Existing Website". From there you will see a tool named "Statistics". Your statistics tool will tell you how many visitors (unique and returning) and where they are coming from.

Q: How do I get my website leads?
A: Your website leads are emailed to you immediately. You can also have your leads sent to your cell phone as a TEXT Message.

Q: Do you offer a TEXT service?
A: Yes. We now offer a service called "TEXT The Domain" for a fee of $20.00. This will allow your prospects to text your domain name and receive all the property details including photos. In turn you receive the prospect's cell phone number for follow-up.

Q: How do I make changes to my web site?
A: Go directly to your web site and click on AGENT LOGIN. Enter your user name and password. This will bring you to your account page where you can edit your site, upload new photos, change your design or add a virtual tour link.

Q: Is there a limit as to the number of Photos I can upload?
A: No. You can upload any number of photos to your website.

Q: How do I upload photos?
A: Make sure your image is ready! All images must be either in GIF or JPG format. Click BROWSE to locate and select the .GIF or .JPG you wish to upload. Once you have selected the correct image, click OPEN. You can upload several photos at once to save time or upload a ZIP file containing all the photos for your property.

Q: How do I change my web site's look or color?
A: Login to your account and click "Edit an Existing Website". Click on the address of the website you wish to edit. Then click "Change Your Look". From there you can also change your color scheme. You may also change your color scheme by clicking on Update Property Info.

Q: Can I add a link to my virtual tour?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to add the virtual tour to. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on "Add a Link to this Property's Quick Links". From here you can add any external link to your Quick Links table. You can also draw attention to the link by making the link appear in red or BOLD and determine where in the quick links table the link will be displayed.

Q: Can I add links to other web sites to my Listing Website?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to add the link to. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on "Add a Link to this Property's Quick Links". From here you can add any external link to your Quick Links table. You can also draw attention to the link by making the link appear in red or BOLD and determine where in the quick links table the link will be displayed.

Q: Can I remove a link from my Quick Link table?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to remove the link from. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on the link you wish to remove. From here, click the option that says "Do not include this link" and then click the save button.

Q: Can I rearrange the order in which the Quick Links are displayed?
A: Yes, Login to your account and select the website you wish to modify. Click on "Website Quick Links". Then click on the link you wish to move. Use the drop down menu to choose where you wish the link to be displayed.

Q: Can I add a link to my mortgage broker?
A: Yes. You can add as many links to your Quick Links as you wish.

Q: How do I update the contact information that is listed on my listing websites?
A: To update your contact information logon to your account and click on "Edit my Website Contact Info". Simply type over the old contact info with the new data. Make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I change my office affiliation?
A: To update your office affiliation logon to your account and click on "Change my office Information". Follow the information on the screen to update your Brand/Company information.

Q: How do I link my Listing Website to my Office/Agent website?
A: You can add an http link to your office and/or agent website by logging on to your account and clicking on "Edit my Website Contact Information". Scroll down until you see one of the two boxes that asks you to enter your office or agent URL. Type in your personal or office website address and make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I upload a photo of myself?
A: To upload your photo, logon to your account and click on "Upload my photo". Click on the "BROWSE" button and locate your photo on your hard drive or disc drive. Click open and then make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I add my office logo?
A: To add your company or office logo, please email it to us at info@listingdomains.com. Once we have added your logo to our database, it will show up on all your new and existing listing websites and other agents in your office will have access to it as well.

Q: Where do the forms go that are filled out on my website?
A: Any form that is filled out on your website(s) is emailed directly to you at the email address listed on your account. You can also have them sent to your cell phone as a TEXT message.

Q: How do I upload a Pest Report to my Listing Domain^® Web Site?
A: Login to your account. Select the property that you want to upload your Pest Report to. Name your report ("Termite Report") and choose a password for the report. Click on the browse button to find the report on your hard drive or floppy. Once you have located the report, click open. Then click SAVE at the bottom of the screen. When directing people to the web site to retrieve the report, make sure to give them the report password.

Q: Can I include a Floor Plan or Site Plan?
A: Yes. You can upload any number of files by using our upload a file feature. You can choose to password protect the documents that you upload as well.

Q: What is a Domain Rider^®?
A: A Domain Rider^® is a 24" x 6" sign used to advertise your Domain. It is made out of plastic and can be attached to any For Sale sign - or any sign at all for that matter. (view sample)

Q: How long does it take to get my Domain Rider^®?
A: Domain riders are created and shipped within 24 hours. They are shipped via the USPS 1st class or priority mail.

Q: Do you feed my website to craigslist?
A: As craigslist does not allow automatic feeds from third parties we cannot automatically post your listing on craigslist.org. We do however provide you with a html snippet that you can cut and paste into craigslist that will automatically pull all your photos, property details etc.

Q: Can I link my website from REALTOR.com?
A: Yes. As a picture path partner, we can add a link to your listing domain website from REALTOR.com. The link is free for REALTOR.com enhanced subscribers and $19.95 for all others.

Q: Will my Listing Web Site be listed on the search engines?
A: We advertise using various search term methods that target areas that we have a certain quantity of listings. Most engines are now offering express submission for a fee. Several of the larger and more popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Alta Vista and Excite have developed into a "Paid Placement" or "Pay-Per-Click" system. If you need your web site to index immediately on the search engines we highly recommend this service. With paid placement, you are GUARANTEED that your site will be listed under the keywords of your choice and your site is usually listed within 5 business days.

A: Yes. Each website comes with an RSS feed that will allow you to build property widgets for your listings. Your RSS feed will dynamically update as you add or remove listings from your website.
